Duties

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and manage leasing processes.
• Collaborate with team members on joint ventures and other projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent).

Certifications

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
