Associate Attorney needed for San Diego office

A law firm in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in the firm's day-to-day corporate counsel practice with a focus on assessment collections, association corporate governance, and interactions with association board members and property managers. They will also be responsible for attending court hearings, drafting legal correspondence, and participating in all aspects of litigation from inception to disposition. Assist in day-to-day corporate counsel practice. Handle assessment collections, association corporate governance, and interactions with board members and property managers. Attend court hearings and participate in all aspects of litigation. Draft a wide range of legal correspondence.

Duties:

• Work on assessment collections and association corporate governance matters

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong writing, communication, and time management skills

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California
