Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks healthcare regulatory associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to work on healthcare regulatory compliance and policy matters in the areas of life sciences and technology. The candidate will assist in healthcare compliance counseling as well as support cutting edge transactions (M&A, public offerings) involving healthcare providers as well as manufacturers/distributors/distributors of FDA-regulated products. Should have experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters, including with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, state corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and coding, reimbursement and coverage rules under Medicare and Medicaid. Experience supporting enforcement matters such as HHS OIG, state AG, and DOJ investigations are a plus.
