Duties

  • Assist in product liability and class action litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents related to ongoing litigation matters.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Analyze legal issues and assist in formulating arguments for motions and briefs.
  • Manage case files and track deadlines in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in litigation, particularly in product liability and class action cases.
  • Top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first-tier law school).
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and client relationship-building capabilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in a State Bar (Georgia preferred).

Skills

  • Strong litigation and research skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents (motions, pleadings, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to assess complex legal issues.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
