Duties

  • Analyze and interpret construction contracts, subcontracts, and project documents

  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Collaborate with partners and legal staff on high-profile construction disputes

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and dispositive motions

  • Provide timely and practical legal counsel on risk management and dispute resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction litigation

  • Demonstrated ability to handle matters independently or as part of a litigation team

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently

  • Excellent communication skills and client service orientation

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)
