Duties:

  • Demonstrate a strong desire for arbitration and trial work, actively participating in proceedings.
  • Engage in transactional employment work, including drafting employer policies and agreements.
  • Prepare EEOC position statements and DFEH responses.
  • Conduct witness interviews and depositions.
  • Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance.
  • Draft workplace policies and assist clients with employment training programs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation.
  • A desire for arbitration and trial work.
  • Meaningful experience in transactional employment work.
  • Superior academic and writing credentials.
  • California Bar admission.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
