The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of fund formation experience, with a focus on working with private fund managers. Duties:

  • Draft and review private offering materials for private investment funds.
  • Provide legal advice and support to private fund managers on various fund formation matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and investment strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting private investment funds.
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring fund agreements, limited partnership agreements, and other related documents.

  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing private offering materials.
