Duties

• Lead investigations into employee misconduct and Title IX violations.
• Advise public agencies on unlawful discrimination and retaliation issues.
• Support Labor and Employment and Student practice areas.

Requirements

• Experience in employment law, administrative law, or internal investigations preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
