Duties

• Draft persuasive legal briefs and court filings.
• Represent clients in hearings, law and motion proceedings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and advise on employment and business issues.
• Review and interpret contracts and employment-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver strategic service to clients.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of litigation experience; labor and employment background preferred.
• Excellent research and writing skills with a strong academic record.
• Comfort with complex legal issues and documents.
• A competitive mindset and interest in litigation.
• Professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
