Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney

A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in antitrust matters, including antitrust litigation. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong academic credentials and references are required.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs for antitrust litigation cases.
• Assist in all aspects of antitrust litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client counseling.

Requirements:
