Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of antitrust law and have strong writing skills. This role involves providing legal counsel and representation in antitrust litigation cases, helping clients navigate complex legal matters, and contributing to the firm's success in this specialized area of law.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis in the field of antitrust law to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, for litigation cases related to antitrust issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations, advocating for their interests in antitrust matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and solutions to complex antitrust litigation cases.
• Stay updated on changes in antitrust laws, regulations, and legal precedents to ensure the provision of accurate legal counsel to clients.
• Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and prepare witnesses for court appearances in antitrust litigation cases.
• Participate in case of management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Maintain client relationships by providing regular case updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation law.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
