• Lead depositions and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on developing legal strategies and case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
