A law firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Closing Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a North Carolina licensed attorney, familiar with executing closing ceremonies, and possess knowledge of the closing process in North Carolina. Preference will be given to candidates with an active South Carolina license in addition to the North Carolina license. Experience in closing procedures is preferred.

 

Job Details:

  • North Carolina Licensed Attorney required.
  • Familiarity with executing closing ceremonies and knowledge of the closing process for North Carolina.
  • Preferably, an actively licensed North Carolina attorney, with a South Carolina license, would be an additional advantage.
  • Previous experience in closing procedures is preferred.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • North Carolina Bar membership.

 

Experience:

Preferred experience in closing procedures.
