The Securities and Capital Markets Associate Attorney will provide legal support in securities offerings, capital market transactions, and related matters. The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in transactional law.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to securities laws and capital markets regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents for securities offerings, including prospectuses and disclosure materials.
