Labor And Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of experience in labor and employment law. Duties:

• Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to labor and employment matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment issues to clients.
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related disputes, including negotiations, mediation, arbitrations, and litigation.
• Assist with compliance efforts related to labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.
• 2-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in labor and employment law from a recognized institution (preferred).
