Employment Attorney

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-JD experience and possess strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. The role involves providing advice on employment matters, representing clients in employment litigation, and drafting workplace policies and employment agreements.

Duties:

• Provide advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment matters.
• Represent clients in employment litigation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of post-Juris Doctor (JD) experience.
• Juris Doctor from a top-rated law school with strong academic credentials.
• Former judicial law clerks are encouraged to apply.
• Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Colorado or willing to complete the process to waive into the Colorado Bar.

Certifications:
