Junior/Mid-Level/Senior Antitrust Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct thorough analyses of transactions to identify and address competition issues.
• Proficiently navigate the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and its implementing Rules, ensuring compliance.
• Handle all aspects of HSR filing logistics, including documentation and procedural requirements.
• Advocate before the DOJ and FTC in antitrust matters, with a focus on technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions.

Requirements:

• Exceptional academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• NY Bar admission or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.
• Varied experience levels accepted: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the NY jurisdiction.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for transactional assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle procedural complexities with the HSR Act and related regulations.
