Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience advising on employee benefits matters.
  • Strong understanding of qualified retirement plans and experience with welfare plans.
  • Experience advising on compensation and benefits issues in transactions.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation arrangements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
