Duties

• Ensure alignment of legal documents with client objectives and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of broad-based employment counseling experience.
• Direct experience in employment law with a focus on transactional work and client counseling.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts.
