Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate to join their Technology Companies M&A group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing components of transactions independently, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients.

Duties

  • Work collaboratively in teams to manage M&A transactions.
  • Independently handle components of transactions.
  • Maintain and manage client and counsel relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Comparable law firm experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

  • Bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain promptly.
