A law firm in Wenatchee is currently seeking an Attorney to provide legal support to senior attorneys and contribute to multifaceted business transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents, researching complex issues, counseling clients for legal compliance, assisting with entity formations, strategizing and negotiating solutions, and independently achieving client objectives. The attorney should hold a Washington State Bar license and have experience or a documented interest in transactional, real estate, employment, or municipal law.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal support by drafting, analyzing, and interpreting agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Counsel clients to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws.
  • Assist with entity formations.
  • Strategize and negotiate solutions for clients.
  • Manage multifaceted business transactions and closings.
  • Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Washington State Bar license.
  • Experience or documented interest in transactional, real estate, employment, or municipal law.
