Job Overview: A law firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 2-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing in Colorado, with a strong background in employment litigation. They will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, participate in depositions, appear in court, and develop business acumen.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in employment litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of employment litigation experience.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Colorado.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Trial experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
