Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling clients on government contract laws, reviewing and negotiating subcontracts, teaming agreements, and litigating bid protests.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.
• Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
• Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to government contracts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of government contracts experience.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Experience in litigating bid protests is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
