Sacramento office of our client seeks an employment law attorney with 2 years of working experience. The attorney serves as an impartial investigator of sensitive and complex workplace complaints. Conducts workplace investigations into various issues, including complaints of fraud and regulatory compliance and investigations into concerns of workplace bullying, harassment, and sexual assault. Conducts investigations on behalf of the public sector and private employers, including employees at all levels of the organization. California Bar license is required. Must have a J.D. degree.
