Duties:

  • Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal needs.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess strong drafting and organizational skills essential for corporate legal work.
  • Demonstrate excellent academic credentials.
  • Have experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm environment.
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills.

 

Education:

  • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Possess State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

 

Experience:

3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
