Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on emerging companies and venture capital matters. Admittance to the California State Bar is required.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communication.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and negotiation.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
• Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on various corporate matters.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively under time pressures.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm working on mergers and acquisitions.
