Mid-Level Venture Capital/Emerging Growth Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Mid-Level Venture Capital/Emerging Growth Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have a focus on venture capital and emerging company representation, along with Mergers and Acquisitions experience. Duties:

• Represent venture capital funds and emerging growth companies in various transactions.

• Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare related documentation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
