A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney Manager for their San Antonio, TX, location.

Job Overview:

The Trial Attorney Manager will provide guidance and direction on litigation matters, oversee trial preparation, and manage trial teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, preferably in personal injury, and strong leadership and management skills.

Duties:

• Provide guidance and direction on litigation issues, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Maximize case value through proper development and trial preparation.
• Utilize sophisticated software to manage the trial team effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of trial experience, with a preference for personal injury trial experience.
• Experience managing plaintiff or defense litigation.
• Proven track record of managing trial lawyers and trial teams.
• Thorough understanding of leadership and management principles.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Excellent litigation skills, including legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing legal software for case management and trial preparation.
