Employment Law Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Employment Law Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cases from inception to final resolution, engaging in extensive motion practice, and ensuring efficient case management. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective client communication, and the ability to facilitate objective, results-oriented discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cases from beginning to final resolution, including heavy motion practice.
• Manage litigation activities and ensure cases are on track.
• Maintain organized case files by establishing and updating records.
• Confirm case status with supervising attorneys and communicate progress to clients.
• Enhance attorney effectiveness through organizing and developing case information.
• Prepare and finalize legal documents.
• Conduct objective, results-oriented conversations with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive legal support.
• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in any State.
• Experience in litigation is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
