A law firm is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney for their Corpus Christi, TX office. The role involves:

Job Overview:

The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of client intake, case development, legal analysis, negotiations, and resolution, with a focus on personal injury matters.

Duties:

• Sign up new clients and manage the intake process
• Develop assigned cases, including legal research and analysis
• Review demands and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Initiate and manage initial litigation processes
• Resolve legal matters efficiently and effectively
• Disburse client funds appropriately

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
• 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
