Emerging Companies Associate Attorney

Missoula office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an emerging companies associate attorney with 2-8 years of experience with venture capital financing transactions. The candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the partners and engage with their existing and new clients, as well as be a part of a dynamic regional team of attorneys and a wider international corporate practice. Clients include public and private companies across a broad range of matters, including venture capital and private equity financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic technology transactions. Must have additional experience in any of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, partnerships/LLCs, and commercial transactions.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients. Must have the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being confident working under own initiative. Must have good presentation and client handling skills and a real desire to develop their career at the Firm. Strong quantitative and communication skills are needed. Top academic credentials are required.
