Duties:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial

  • Conduct detailed investigations to establish liability and assess damages

  • Draft petitions, discovery requests, motions, and legal correspondence

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, including those of clients, witnesses, and experts

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

  • Represent clients in court, including hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Oversee trial preparation and participate in trials as lead or supporting counsel

  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout case progression

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and accurately

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Compassionate, client-focused approach to legal representation

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri
