Manage family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, maintenance, and property division
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Provide clear legal counsel and guidance throughout all phases of the legal process
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients
Independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution
Work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
