Duties:

• Assist with all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution

• Contribute to team efforts on complex construction and professional liability matters

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation or insurance defense

• Interest or prior exposure to construction litigation or defending licensed professionals

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
