The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and communication skills and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. A degree in electrical engineering or computer science, as well as a JD and admission to the USPTO, are essential for this role.

Duties:

  • Conduct patent preparation and prosecution activities, specializing in electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Collaborate with clients, inventors, and senior attorneys to address legal issues related to intellectual property.
  • Draft, review, and submit patent applications, responses to office actions, and various legal documents.
  • Perform legal research to support patent prosecution efforts and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
