Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks global business team associate attorney with 2+ years of experience (drafting commercial contracts, draft labor and employment documents, responding to government investigations). The candidate performs substantive legal functions in client matters and maintains positive contact with clients while observing confidentiality in client matters. Works independently or under the direct supervision of other Global Business Team attorneys. Reviews and analyzes newly assigned and existing matters in order to provide legal representation matter is concluded. Drafts all necessary documents to provide legal representation to clients. Formulates and issues well-founded legal opinions to clients. Effectively conducts negotiations, when appropriate, to resolve matters on behalf of clients. Advises and communicates regularly with clients regarding the status of their matter. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Tennessee. Should be fluent in Mandarin, have knowledge of either Chinese or Korean business entity governance and general commercial law and be willing to travel internationally.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD).
