Job Overview:
A prominent national law firm is seeking a qualified eDiscovery Attorney to support its Litigation and Information Governance practice. This full-time, non-partnership track role involves managing large-scale eDiscovery projects across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of legal knowledge, technical proficiency, and leadership to coordinate discovery strategies in high-stakes litigation. This position offers a hybrid work environment and is available in multiple U.S. office locations.

Location:

  • Atlanta, GA

Duties:

  • Manage eDiscovery operations on complex litigation matters from start to finish

  • Coordinate project execution in line with legal deadlines, budgets, and firm standards

  • Draft and negotiate ESI protocols, discovery orders, and related legal agreements

  • Serve as primary liaison between legal teams, clients, and third-party vendors

  • Oversee identification, collection, and processing of client data

  • Build and manage review workflows, including quality control and team oversight

  • Prepare and manage case budgets, forecasts, and monthly invoice reviews

  • Supervise document production to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to review attorneys

  • Contribute to a collaborative and performance-driven team culture

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of eDiscovery experience within a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency

  • Hands-on experience with the full EDRM lifecycle

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

  • Familiarity with litigation support platforms and document review technology

  • Admitted to practice law in the state where the candidate will be based

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing of a state bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent research, analysis, and drafting capabilities

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and project ownership

  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities

  • Capable of balancing strategic thinking with technical execution

  • Adept at managing client expectations and internal workflows
