Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical case management, negotiation of claims, and guiding pre-litigation strategies.

Job Overview:

• Oversee medical case management and negotiation of claims.
• Guide pre-litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Mentor and supervise case managers.
• Assist with exceptional cases as needed.

Duties:

• Supervise one or more case managers.
• Guide negotiations and ensure the best strategies are utilized.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on pre-litigation matters.
• Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Personal Injury trial experience.
• Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Active membership in the local Bar Association.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Membership in the local Bar Association.
