Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney with 3-4 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law. The candidate should preferably have familiarity with employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions transactions, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements. Experience advising clients on the design and administration of employee benefits plans is desirable. Must have prior experience with a transactional law firm, public accounting, or employee benefits consulting firm. Membership in the North Carolina State Bar is a plus. Excellent writing and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
