Law and Motion Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Draft and oppose a wide range of motions, including motions for summary judgment

• Conduct in-depth legal research and formulate persuasive legal arguments

• Collaborate with litigation attorneys to develop case strategies

• Provide written legal analysis and support throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation

• Submission of two legal writing samples upon application

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and motion drafting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Preferred: Experience in employment law

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote team environment
