A law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney for its Fayetteville office. The ideal candidate will manage family law cases with diligence and provide exceptional customer service to clients. The Litigation Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring superior client service and adherence to performance metrics. The candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and preferably have experience as a 1st chair in family law cases.

 

Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
  • 1st chair family law experience preferred
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

 

Experience:

1-3 years of litigation experience

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

 

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in legal research and writing
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in the use of practice management software and other legal tools
