The candidate will perform the following responsibilities and duties: '33 and '34 Act matters, Capital Markets, IPOs, Corporate Governance, Compliance Matters, Exchange Listing Matters, M&A. Should have experience advising a public companies and underwriters on financing (public and private offerings) and ongoing SEC filing matters, as well as M&A related matters. Must be admitted to New York Bar or in the preferred State Bar.
