Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience with M&A transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance. The candidate should have experience coordinating extensively with specialists. Experience in drafting principal transaction documents, ancillaries, and resolutions needed. Should be licensed and in good standing in DC (or able to waive into the DC Bar).

The candidate should have a high degree of comfort working on deal teams of varying sizes. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into targeted and commercially focused communications, both written and oral. Dedication to high-quality work, responsiveness, and efficiency are needed.
