Job Overview: A law firm specializing in real estate law is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Lexington, KY. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate various real estate contracts, advise clients on financing and investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and assist with zoning and land use matters.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts.
• Advise clients on real estate financing and investment opportunities.
• Conducted due diligence, reviewed title reports and surveys, and handled closing transactions.
• Assist clients with zoning and land use issues.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated interest in transactional work.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
