The role entails working directly with clients in technology, life science, and private equity sectors, focusing on complex litigation matters, employment-related support for corporate transactions, and counseling on a wide range of employment law issues.

Job Duties:

• Manage complex litigation matters, including single-plaintiff, class actions, PAGA representative actions, and employee mobility disputes.
• Provide employment-related support for corporate transactions.
• Counsel clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues.
• Draft employment-related agreements and policies.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in management-side employment law.
• Proven track record in handling complex litigation matters and providing support for corporate transactions.
• Significant experience in drafting employment-related agreements and policies.
• Outstanding academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
