Attorney needed for Memphis office

A law firm in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Attorney licensed in any state. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending court proceedings, conducting interviews, researching legal issues, writing briefs and memos, and preparing clients for trials, hearings, and interviews.

Job Duties:

• Attend court proceedings and client interviews.
• Conduct legal research on various legal issues.
• Write briefs, memos, and other legal documents.
• Prepare clients for trials, hearings, and interviews.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in any state.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in attending court proceedings and conducting interviews.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
