They will prosecute and defend writ proceedings, handle state and federal appeals, draft petitions, motions, and briefs, and conduct intricate legal research.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on appeals and writ matters
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on cases

Requirements:

  • Member of the California State Bar
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
