• Assist in due diligence processes for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of legal practice, preferably with significant transactional experience.
• Experience in renewable energy law is highly preferred.
• Background or expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, or Tax law is advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
