Litigation Attorney

A law firm in San Diego is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience and membership in the California Bar. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in drafting complex pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, and handling discovery in high-stakes actions.

Duties:

• Draft complex pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Handle discovery processes, including document requests, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Advocate for clients' interests diligently and ethically.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Proficiency in drafting complex pleadings and conducting legal research and analysis.
