Jablonski has nearly two decades of experience of guiding clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including complex Middle Market buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other private securities offerings, borrower-side commercial loan transactions, and other corporate finance transactions.

Jablonski represents clients in a diverse range of industries including emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, blockchain, renewables, avionics/aerospace, insurance, financial services, e-commerce and consumer goods, food & beverage, real estate, and construction. He has experience counseling clients with respect to their business structure and corporate governance, equity incentives, strategic planning and operations, personnel contracts, commercial and licensing agreements, and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Jablonski was a partner at Berger Singerman.
