Husch Blackwell Adds Corporate Partner Scott Jablonski
Husch Blackwell continued its nationwide growth with the addition of transactional partner Scott “SJ” Jablonski, who joins the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jablonski will be a member of The Link, Husch Blackwell’s virtual office.
Jablonski has nearly two decades of experience of guiding clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including complex Middle Market buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other private securities offerings, borrower-side commercial loan transactions, and other corporate finance transactions.

Jablonski represents clients in a diverse range of industries including emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, blockchain, renewables, avionics/aerospace, insurance, financial services, e-commerce and consumer goods, food & beverage, real estate, and construction. He has experience counseling clients with respect to their business structure and corporate governance, equity incentives, strategic planning and operations, personnel contracts, commercial and licensing agreements, and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Jablonski was a partner at Berger Singerman.
